Scoping & pricing

A clear scope. An agreed fee.

Each project is quoted around its actual workflow, integrations and delivery effort. We establish the scope and price before work starts.

From first conversation to delivery.

Initial conversation

Describe the task, current tools and the result you want. We check whether the work fits and what information is needed to quote.

Paid discovery, when needed

For an unclear or complex process, agree a separate paid discovery milestone with a workflow map, implementation scope and delivery recommendation.

Defined implementation

The proposal states what will be delivered, how you will accept it, the fee, payment milestones and handover responsibilities.

Keep the first step useful.

A first engagement can cover one integration, one dashboard workflow or one recurring administrative task. Larger systems are divided into milestones.

Third-party subscriptions, hosting and ongoing support are identified separately. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed and priced before being added.

A deposit or funded first milestone is agreed before implementation. Delivery dates depend on scope, access and confirmed availability.
