Project enquiries

The contact link opens your email app. Nothing is submitted by this website. If you send a message, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any attachments through Google Gmail. We use these details to respond, understand the proposed work and prepare a quote.

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries when you represent an organisation. Providing details is voluntary; without relevant contact and project information, we may be unable to respond or assess the work.

Please send redacted examples and keep passwords, identity documents and confidential customer records out of an initial enquiry.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access, to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Our basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.

We have not installed advertising pixels, visitor analytics or a newsletter service. Fonts are served with the website. Frontsoft does not set advertising or analytics cookies; the hosting provider may use essential security mechanisms when needed.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting and network security; Google provides the Gmail mailbox. Their infrastructure may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies describe their processing and applicable transfer safeguards: Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is retained while it is needed to handle the discussion and any resulting engagement. Retention depends on whether the enquiry is active, whether it becomes a project and whether records are needed for legal obligations or a dispute. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted. Hosting and email providers also apply their own operational retention policies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your data. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

You can also complain to Romania's ANSPDCP or your local data protection authority. If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this notice.
